Delivery

Delivery is £3.99 per order. It is free when the items in your order come to £50.00 or more. The delivery charge is shown in your cart and on the payment page before you pay.

We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the price of your order or to delivery.

Dispatched within 3 to 4 working days by Royal Mail. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your parcel is on its way, how long it takes to reach you depends on the Royal Mail service used.

For review: Name the Royal Mail service you use (for example a tracked or a first class service) and its usual delivery time, and whether every parcel has tracking. Nothing about the service has been assumed here.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. The payment page only accepts a UK delivery address. Please check your address carefully: if a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.

For review: Confirm whether you deliver to every UK address, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and BFPO addresses, and whether any of them cost more.

The items are our responsibility until they reach you. If your parcel has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email forhad.sde@gmail.com with your order number and we will put it right.
