For review: Confirm the part of the UK the company is registered in (for example England and Wales), which a company website should state. It is left out here because it has not been confirmed.

When you pay on the secure payment page you are offering to buy the items in your cart. The contract between us starts when we email you to confirm your order.

We hold one of each size in each wash. If two people pay for the last one at almost the same moment, the first payment wins. If that means we cannot accept your order, we will tell you by email and refund you in full, and no contract is formed for those items.

Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price you pay is the price shown on the payment page, which is worked out by us from our current prices when you check out.

Payments are taken by Stripe, our payment provider. You can pay by card and, where your device supports them, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery costs £3.99, and is free when your items come to £50.00 or more. See our delivery policy.

We deliver to UK addresses only, by Royal Mail. Dispatched within 3 to 4 working days by Royal Mail. The items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

You can cancel within 14 days of the day after your order is delivered, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Tell us by email at forhad.sde@gmail.com, then send the items back within 14 days. You pay the return postage when you have changed your mind. We refund the items and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting them back or of you showing proof you sent them. The full details are in our returns policy.

Your items must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality (Consumer Rights Act 2015). If they are not, or we sent the wrong thing, we pay the return postage and refund you in full including the original delivery charge, or repair or replace the item where the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

We photograph our denim as accurately as we can, but screens differ, so the colour you see may vary slightly. Where it is offered, the AI virtual try-on is an illustration made by a computer model. It is a guide to the look, not a promise of exact fit or colour.

If we break these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If something outside our control delays your order, such as a postal strike or severe weather, we will tell you as soon as we can and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we will refund anything you paid for items not yet delivered.
